Vision Integrity provides comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) services, supporting clients from system development through execution in the field. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

Our certification under ISO 9001:2015 allows us to apply structured quality management principles to every project. We work with clients to build and implement QA/QC systems, monitor contractor performance, and verify compliance with regulatory requirements. By embedding international quality standards into daily practices, we provide confidence that work will be executed to specification, on time, and to the highest standard.

Third-Party Inspection

Vision Integrity has extensive experience providing Third-Party Inspection (TPI) and ASME Owner’s Inspector services for projects of all sizes. We have acted as Owner’s Inspectors for large oil sands facilities requiring rigorous oversight, as well as for smaller commercial projects where contractor and owner awareness of regulation may be limited.

Our inspectors monitor fabrication across Alberta and Canada, ensuring constructors meet and exceed owner expectations. We also review quality packages for clients, giving them assurance that work has been documented properly and completed to standard. With experience in both conventional and “outside-the-box” projects, our diligence keeps quality on track no matter the scope.

Auditing Services

Vision Integrity provides high-quality auditing services through our ISO-certified Lead Auditors. We audit contractor quality programs on behalf of owners, confirming compliance and effectiveness. Where needed, we also develop audit templates and frameworks that enable owners to confidently perform their own internal reviews. Our auditors bring diverse industry experience, ensuring that every audit provides meaningful insight and practical recommendations.

Pipeline Inspection — API 1169

For pipeline projects, Vision provides pipeline inspection personnel certified to API 1169. Our inspectors cover a wide range of roles, from full project teams on large pipeline builds to individual inspectors for smaller scopes. In many projects, we integrate pipeline inspection and NDE, streamlining communication between traditionally separate teams. This crossover reduces costs, improves efficiency, and raises overall quality.

Our inspectors are experienced in all aspects of pipeline construction, operations, and maintenance. We provide welding inspections, coating inspections, NDE, reporting, and consulting, with a strong focus on public safety and regulatory compliance. With experience in Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Manitoba, we ensure pipeline projects meet both owner expectations and provincial requirements.

NDE Procedure Review

Under ASME code, owners are responsible for reviewing and approving the NDE procedures used by their contractors. During audits, ABSA checks to confirm that these reviews have been completed. Many owners lack the in-house expertise to perform such reviews to ABSA standards.
